The Stars and Stripes C.1917 by: Geo D.Roper, Rockford, IL. Evolution of the United states flag up until the 48 star flag. Flags included: January 1, 1776 (Grand Union Flag), June 14th 1777 (13 Stars), January 13th, 1794 (15 Stars), March 24th, 1818 (20 Stars) also at the top 1912 (48 Star Flag) 20"W x 28"H. Just framed professionally in a guilded frame with museum glass. Some condition issues in a couple corners and some water damage in areas, but makes for great patina on this piece. Perfect for a flag collection.
